Rivals100 athlete Houston Griffith from Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy has a built in connection to the University of Illinois from an early age.

Griffith's father, Howard Griffith, was a prolific running back at UI from 1987-90, amassing 2,485 yards rushing.
