Interest on the rise for sophomore forward Liddell
OrangeandBlueNews.com caught up with 2019 power forward EJ Liddell last week as his Belleville (Ill.) West Maroons took on East. Louis in a Southwestern Conference matchup.
Liddell scored 18 points, but the Maroons fell to East St. Louis 56-52. 2019 wing Terrence Hargrove Jr. scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Flyers.
Illini signee Jeremiah Tilmon was limited to 17 minutes due to foul trouble, finishing with 4 points and 6 rebounds.
