Illinois coach Brad Underwood extended an offer on Saturday to Chicago Simeon wing Talen Horton-Tucker.
Horton-Tucker learned of the offer while in Hampton, Virginia where he is running with the Mac Irvin Fire is Session 1 of Nike's EYBL.
