Future Illini Ayo Dosunmu has his sights set on Peoria
Five-star guard Ayo Dosunmu and No. 1 Morgan Park (18-9) faces Vocational (7-14) on Friday in the finals of the Evergreen Park regional.
It's one step closer to a repeat IHSA Class 3A state championship for the Mustangs, a goal that Dosunmu says the team set when the season tipped off last November.
"I believe we are a state title type of team," Dosunmu said. "There are a lot of great teams, but we are jelling at the right team. Our team is clicking. We are going to lock in and play hard."
