D.J. Steward shines at Chicago Elite Classic

CHICAGO – Welcome to big time Chicago basketball, DJ Steward. It looks like you’ll do just fine here.

Playing in his first high profile game since transferring from Fenwick to Whitney Young this summer, Steward scored a game-high 25 points, including 18 in the first half, as Whitney Young downed Mater Dei (Calif.) 67-61 in the Chicago Elite Classic on Saturday night.
