Chicago DB Joseph Thompson is off to a fast start
The season has just started, but Chicago Phillips junior cornerback Joseph Thompson and his teammates are already turning some heads.
The 5-foot-10, 160-pound prospect has made his mark all over the field, slotting in at wide-receiver, cornerback, and safety, and he has helped guide Phillips to a 3-0 start.
“It has been a fantastic start,” Thompson said. “We have some nice wins against Loyola, Richards, and Simeon. The Loyola game was a dog fight, and we were able come away with a win thanks to a goal line stand. The defense has really been lights out to start the season and we will only get better.
