Bret Bielema announced last week the hiring of Justin Stepp as Illinois' wide receivers coach. Stepp joined the Fighting Illini staff after spending the last three season as the wide receivers coach at South Carolina. Stepp spoke to the media on Thursday for the first time since joining the Fighting Illini staff.
