• QB Jacob Park (Stratford; Goose Creek, S.C.) - Park went 17-of-40 for 325 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions. According to Park's coach Ray Stackley, two of the interceptions weren't his fault because "they hit our guy's right in the hands and we dropped three touchdown passes for him. We didn't help him out much." Stratford beat Summerville 28-6.

Up Next: Stratford (6-0) travels to Cane Bay (Summerville, S.C.) (0-6).

• RB Sony Michel (American Heritage; Plantation, Fla.) - Michel had 16 carries for 117 yards and a touchdown with a long run of 84 yards in a 26-22 win over Jackson (Miami, Fla.) on October 4.

Up Next: American Heritage hosts Bolles (Jacksonville, Fla.) (4-1) on October 11.

• RB Nick Chubb (Cedartown) - Chubb had 38 carries for 240 yards and four touchdowns. Cedartown beat River Ridge 41-25.

Up Next: Cedartown travels to take on Pickens County (4-1) on October 11.

• WR Gilbert Johnson (Homestead; Homestead, Fla.) - Johnson had two catches for 55 yards. Homestead lost to Miami Central 37-20.

Next Up: Homestead (3-3) travels to Palmetto (Miami, Fla.) (2-3) on October 10.

• WR Shakenneth Williams (Rutland) - Williams said he has six catches for 130 yards and a touchdown. Rutland lost to Baldwin 28-16.

Up Next: Rutland travels to Westside-Macon on October 18 after a BYE week on October 11.


• DL Dontavius Russell (Carrollton) - Russell said he had four tackles in a 52-14 over Fayette County.

Next Up: Carrollton (5-0) travels to Troup County on October 10.

• DL Kendall Baker (Marist) - Baker said he had six tackles and two assists. Marist beat Columbia 35-0.

Up Next: Marist (3-2) travels to Lithonia (2-3) on October 4.

• OLB Keyon Brown (Hardee; Wauchula, Fla.) - Brown had 4 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, and five quarterback hurries in a 14-3 win over Booker (Sarasota, Fla.) on October 4.

Next Up: Hardee (4-1) travels to Avon Park (Avon Park, Fla.) (0-6) on October 11.

NOTE: Defensive back Shattle Fenteng's (Hutchinson Community College; Hutchinson Kan.) game versus Air Force Prep was cancelled on Saturday. Fenteng and the Blue Dragons will take on the Bethany College Junior Varsity on October 9 and Independence on October 12.
