Chicago (Ill.) Simeon junior quarterback/athlete prospect Jack Ramsey (5-foot-11, 182 pounds) made a trip down I-57 today along with his parents to check out the University of Illinois spring game. Ramsey, who has been touting an early scholarship offer from the Fighting Illini since last fall, decided to end his recruiting process today and gave the Fighting Illini and head coach Ron Zook it's first in-state verbal commitment from the Class of 2008.
