When Chicago Mt. Carmel defensive end Glenn Foster made a verbal commitment to Illinois in early July of last year, he knew the recruiting spotlight would start to fade. Although some of his future teammates at Illinois received more media attention along the way, Foster holds as much promise for the future as anyone who will sign with the Illini tomorrow.
