5-foot-9, 181-pound Detroit (Mich.) Cass Tech cornerback Boubacar Cissoko flew off recruiting boards about as fast as he hit them last winter with an early February commitment to Michigan. Now, after nearly eight months of motionless recruitment, things are starting to move again for Cissoko. Rumors persist that a once solid commitment may no longer be the case.
